Exciting plans for Endeavour College expansion
Endeavour College is excited to share plans for an ambitious new chapter in its journey of delivering exceptional education and fostering a thriving community. While still in the early stages and subject to necessary approvals, the proposed development would expand our offerings and create world-class facilities for our students and the wider community.

This project has been guided by the strategic vision and leadership of Endeavour College’s Board, ensuring it remains aligned with our mission and the needs of our community. Chairperson Leanne Ridsdale added; “This proposed development reflects the Board’s commitment to shaping the future of Endeavour College in a way that honours our values and meets the evolving needs of our community.”
“By expanding our educational offerings and creating spaces that inspire creativity and collaboration, we are ensuring the College remains a place where students, staff, and families can thrive for generations to come. This proposal is about more than just new buildings—it’s about building a future. By expanding our facilities and welcoming younger students, we’re responding to the needs of our growing community, securing the College’s future, and providing enhanced opportunities for all.
Our commitment to maintaining strong links with the Lutheran community and the Connected Schools network remains central to this proposal. With a focus on aligning with 21st-century educational practices, these plans reinforce Endeavour College as a leader in holistic, faith-based education.

What’s next?
While the plans are in their formative stages, we are working with respected architects, town planners, and council representatives to ensure the development meets community needs. We will also be seeking funding support from both the State and Federal Governments to help bring this exciting development to life.
