From 2027, we will welcome Reception to Year 6 students, creating a connected R–12 learning journey for our community. This development is part of a long-term plan for the College’s growth and future.
A seamless R–12 pathway
For the first time, families will be able to access a consistent, values-based education from the early years through to Year 12.
Students will grow within one community, supported by strong relationships, shared values, and a clear sense of belonging at every stage of their learning.
Learning that grows with your child
The Junior School has been designed specifically for younger learners.
Our focus is on building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, while nurturing curiosity, confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Learning is guided by the Australian Curriculum and supported by a broad and balanced program, including opportunities in STEM, Languages, the Arts, Health and Physical Education and library programs.
Students will benefit from:
- Consistent pastoral care and wellbeing support
- Strong relationships with teachers who know them well
- Opportunities to explore, create and collaborate
- Access to specialist learning and shared College experiences
Designed for each stage of learning
With the introduction of the Junior School, Endeavour College will operate across two sites, designed to support different stages of learning.
The Junior School will provide a dedicated environment tailored to younger students, while remaining closely connected to the wider College.
Together, the two campuses operate as one College, united by shared values, a consistent approach to learning and a strong sense of community.
Planning for the future
The new Junior School will include purpose-built learning environments, designed to support contemporary teaching and student wellbeing.
These spaces will reflect how younger students learn, combining flexible classrooms, specialist learning areas and outdoor environments that encourage exploration, creativity and connection.

Enrolment
Expressions of Interest allow families to register early and stay informed as enrolment timelines are confirmed.
Families will be contacted in stages, with priority given in line with the College’s enrolment guidelines.
Once applications formally open, registered families will be invited to proceed with the next steps in the enrolment process.
Why families are choosing Endeavour
Families are already recognising the opportunity the Junior School will bring.
For one local family, the decision came down to finding a place where their children would be known, supported and able to grow with confidence.
“We don’t want our children to just be another number in a big classroom,” they shared.
“With Endeavour, it feels like they’ll be understood and supported as individuals, not just academically, but as people.”
