What are the Bus Pass Terms and Conditions

  • Term passes must be purchased by the end of the first week of each school term. After this date, term pass bookings will close.
  • Where a student is absent from school due to a camp lasting five days or more, a credit will be applied to the family's BusMinder account for future travel.
  • Credits are not provided for student absences, excursions or camps lasting one to four days.
  • Casual travel is available at $3.75 per trip and is recorded when a student taps on using their Student ID or BusMinder card.
  • Students who regularly use the bus service without a pre-purchased pass may be asked to purchase a suitable pass option.
  • If a student exceeds the number of trips included in their selected pass, additional journeys will be charged at the casual travel rate and billed at the end of the term.
  • Parents are encouraged to book travel days through the BusMinder app to ensure accurate notifications and route planning.
  • Parents should record student absences in the BusMinder app so drivers are aware when a student will not be travelling.
  • Sibling discounts are applied as credits to the parent account.
  • Pass pricing remains consistent across terms and already accounts for public holidays and student-free days.
  • Families with outstanding balances may receive reminder notices from the College.
  • Year 12 families are encouraged to purchase pass options appropriate to the shorter Term 4. Any remaining balance may be refunded where applicable.
