Learning for LIFE and Community

At Endeavour College, learning is about more than academic achievement.

Guided by our mission to develop students’ God-given gifts and abilities for LIFE and community, we seek to nurture confident, capable and compassionate young people who are prepared to contribute positively to the world around them.

As a Reception to Year 12 College, we provide a connected learning journey that supports students through every stage of their development. From the early years through to graduation, our approach is shaped by strong relationships, high expectations and a deep belief in the potential of every learner.

We believe every student is uniquely gifted by God. Our role is to provide opportunities for those gifts to be discovered, nurtured and developed, while building the knowledge, skills and character students need to flourish at school and beyond.

Independence

Students develop independence by taking increasing ownership of their learning, setting goals, and making informed decisions. They build the confidence to act with initiative, manage challenges, and persevere in the pursuit of their goals. Through reflection, self-awareness and personal responsibility, they learn to recognise their strengths, embrace opportunities for growth, and understand their role in shaping their own learning journey.

Interdependence

Students develop interdependence by building positive relationships, working collaboratively, and contributing to shared goals. They build the confidence to communicate effectively, support others, and navigate challenges together. Through mutual respect and shared responsibility, they learn to value diverse perspectives and recognise their role in fostering a connected and inclusive learning community.

Students develop collective action by contributing to shared goals, taking initiative, and working collaboratively to make a positive impact. They build the confidence to lead, participate, and respond thoughtfully to challenges and opportunities. Through collaboration, responsibility and purposeful action, they learn that their contributions matter and that meaningful change is strengthened through the efforts of a connected community.

Learning at Endeavour College is intentionally designed to support the academic, spiritual, social, emotional and physical development of every student.

Through a balanced and engaging curriculum, students are encouraged to discover their strengths, pursue their interests and develop a lifelong love of learning. Alongside academic knowledge, students build the general capabilities, character and confidence needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Our teachers create learning environments where students feel known, supported and challenged. We recognise that students learn in different ways and at different rates, and we work in partnership with families to help each learner achieve their personal best.

A Seamless Learning Journey

As students progress through Endeavour College, learning experiences are designed to meet the needs of each stage of development.

Junior School: Reception to Year 6

Our Junior School provides strong foundations for learning, wellbeing and personal growth. Through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences, students develop curiosity, confidence and a love of learning while building the literacy, numeracy and social skills that support future success.

Middle School: Year 7 to Year 9

The Middle Years support students as they build independence, resilience and connection. Students engage with the Australian Curriculum while developing the skills, confidence and relationships needed to navigate this important stage of learning and personal growth.

Senior School: Year 10 to Year 12

In the Senior Years, students make informed choices about their learning and future pathways. A broad range of subjects, vocational opportunities and pathway programs allow students to pursue their interests, prepare for further study or employment, and move confidently into life beyond school.
