Some common problems and solutions are listed below
We couldn’t find an account with that username
Search your emails for “invites@microsoft.com” and accept the invitation. Once you’ve created your account try to log in again.
If you can’t find the invitation, send an email to icthelpdesk@endeavour.sa.edu.au.
Incorrect / Forgotten password
If you can’t remember your password you can reset it using the “Forgot password” button. We cannot reset your password for you, it must be done through the forgot password link.
