Meet Principal, Richard Baird

Here at Endeavour College, we believe in the extraordinary potential of every young person.

We strive to create a vibrant learning community where students feel known, valued and inspired to discover who they are and who they can become. As a Christian school, we seek to model genuine Christian leadership through love, grace, forgiveness and service. We understand that students thrive when they feel safe, supported and connected.

Endeavour College seeks to create a lifelong love of learning. Our classrooms are engaging and dynamic places where curiosity is encouraged, relationships matter and every student is supported to grow. We recognise that young people learn in different ways, and our teachers work closely with students to help them achieve their personal best.

As we look to the future, we are excited to be expanding our learning community with the introduction of our Junior School in 2027. This significant milestone will create a seamless Reception to Year 12 journey, allowing us to support students and families through every stage of learning while remaining connected by shared values, relationships and The Endeavour Way.

Learning at Endeavour extends far beyond the classroom. Through camps, sport, music, drama, service opportunities and a wide range of co-curricular experiences, students discover new passions, build resilience and develop the confidence to embrace new challenges. These experiences help shape character, strengthen friendships and create many of the memories that stay with our students long after graduation.

It is an honour to serve as Principal of such a caring and forward-looking College. There is no greater privilege than helping young people discover their God-given gifts and abilities and supporting them as they grow into capable, compassionate and purposeful members of the community.
