Future Pathways

Preparing Students for Life Beyond School

At Endeavour College, we believe every student has a unique set of gifts, strengths and aspirations.

Our Future Pathways program helps students explore opportunities, make informed decisions and confidently navigate the transition from school to further study, training or employment.

Whether a student is considering university, vocational education, an apprenticeship, a traineeship or direct entry into the workforce, we work alongside them to develop a pathway that aligns with their interests, talents and goals.

Through personalised guidance, industry connections and real-world experiences, students are supported to make decisions that prepare them for a successful future.
