To develop our staff and students’ God-given gifts and abilities for LIFE & community. Everything we do at Endeavour College is guided by this mission.
As a Christian learning community, we seek to nurture the academic, spiritual, social, emotional and physical growth of every student. We believe each person is uniquely gifted by God, and we are committed to helping students discover their strengths, pursue their passions and develop the confidence to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
Our mission shapes the way we learn, teach, lead and serve. It influences our decisions, our relationships and our commitment to creating a community where every individual is valued, supported and encouraged to thrive.
As a Lutheran school, we seek to be an inclusive place that offers care and support to all members of our community. Faith in Jesus and His message of love, grace and hope is woven throughout learning and life at the College. Respecting gifts, celebrating differences and valuing each individual remains central to our purpose.

LIFE is more than an acronym. It reflects our commitment to creating a community where faith is lived authentically through learning, service, relationships and everyday actions.
We encourage students to grow in knowledge, character and purpose, developing the confidence to embrace opportunities, overcome challenges and contribute positively to the world around them.
Living In Faith Every Day means striving to reflect Christian values in our actions, supporting one another through life's challenges and recognising the responsibility we have to serve our communities with compassion and integrity.
The Endeavour Way
The Endeavour Way is the foundation of how we learn, work and live together as a community.
Grounded in restorative practices and Christian values, it encourages students to take responsibility for their actions, build positive relationships and contribute to a culture of respect, belonging and growth.

Our vision is to be a community where every student is known, valued and empowered to flourish.
Through faith, learning and relationships, we seek to develop young people who are curious, compassionate and courageous. Young people who understand their gifts, embrace their responsibilities and are equipped to make a positive difference in their communities and the wider world.
