Justin Coulson, a parenting expert (from Channel Nine’s Parental Guidance program and Happy Families), will talk about anxiety in our children. Research is showing that resilience is declining amongst our children and anxiety is rising. More children are presenting with and being diagnosed with anxiety and/or anxiety symptoms. This workshop will explore what we can do as parents and caregivers of our children. Refreshments will be available on the night. Bookings essential.
