Inquiry Learning: Beyond the School Walls
Our very own Teacher Librarian, Catherine Barnes, was recently featured and published in the Australian School Library Association Journal, ACCESS Volume 34 Issue 1. Catherine’s feature focusses on Inquiry Learning as a pedagogical approach that has been supported by classroom teachers, librarians, and educational leaders for many years. Catherine explores how this groundbreaking concept of handing over ownership of learning to the students has witnessed many changes since its inception. These include a number of innovations in education and society that when implemented, will enrich the model.
